Bombay chutney

Ingredients needed:
Onion 2 no.(big)
Tomato 2 no.
Chilli 3-4 no.
Gram flour 2 spoon (dissolve it in water)
oil 1 spoon
mustard seeds 1 spoon
urad dhal 1/2 spoon
curry leaves

Method:
1.Take a tavai and add oil in it.
2.When it is heated enough add mustard seeds when it splutters add urad dhal.
3.Once urad dhal turns light brown add chilli and curry leaves and mix it well.
4.Now add onion and fry it until it turns golden brown then add tomato and smash it well.
5.Let it cook for few seconds then pour the gram flour liquid mix into tavai.
6.Add salt and cover it for a while until it is cooked .
7.This will go well with idli,dosa and even with chappathi.
8.This will not take more than ten minutes.

Fata fat kuruma

Ingredients Needed:
1 onion
2 tomatoes
1 cinnamon stick(medium)
3 cloves
2 tsp
split Roast Gram dhal(pottukadalai)
2 tsp corriander powder
2-3 tsp coconut powder
2 tsp oil
salt according to taste

Method:

1.Add oil in the kadai and add cinnamon stick and cloves.
2.When it starts spluttering add onion and fry it til it changes to golden brown.
3.Now add tomato and mix it well.
4.In the mean time grind all the powders and keep it aside.
5.Once the onion and tomato is cooked well add the grinded powder.
6.Let it be in the flame until the raw smell(of pottukadalai) goes off.
7. You can add salt according to your taste.
8.Thats it a delicious kuruma is ready within a few minutes.
