Easy fried rice

Ingredients needed:

Rice 1 cup
Carrot 2
Beans 10
Cloves 3
Cinnamon 1
Cardamom 2
Ginger 1 piece
Garlic 3-4
Sombu 2 spoon
Green chilli 3 no.
Ghee 2 spoon
Oil 2 spoon

Method
1.Cut the vegetables into small pieces.
2.Grind sombu,ginger and garlic into paste consistency.
3.Add ghee and oil in a pan.
4.When it is hot add cloves,cinnamon stick,cardamom and green chilli.
5.Fry til the raw smell goes off. Then add grinded mix and fry well.
6.Now add vegetables and fry well,add salt according to your taste.
7.Add rice , water in 1:1.5 ratio and leave it for 3 whistles.
8.Delicious fried rice is ready.
9.Any kuruma or raita will go well with this.
